Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Baibai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. If you use Baibai on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

What Baibai Provides

Baibai is a blessing, ritual, tarot-style reflection, fortune-stick, daily persona, check-in reward, and self-reflection app. Features may include account sign-in, wishes, favorites, history, rituals, share-card generation, ad-supported rewards, premium reading unlocks, membership, and restore-purchase flows.

Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

Baibai is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, religious, spiritual authority, or other professional advice. Baibai does not guarantee luck, blessings, predictions, relationship outcomes, financial outcomes, health outcomes, spiritual outcomes, or any other real-world result. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Accounts and User Responsibilities

Some features require sign-in through supported authentication providers such as Apple, Google, or Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure and for providing accurate information when you choose to enter profile, contact, or support details.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Restore Purchases

Baibai may offer consumables, non-consumable unlocks, subscriptions, membership benefits, premium reading unlocks, paid ritual unlocks, ad-free or ad-skip benefits, and restore-purchase functionality. Access to paid content may depend on active entitlement status and successful store verification.

Where paid digital content is offered on iOS, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Baibai does not directly collect full payment card details. Refunds, billing issues, and subscription cancellation are handled by Apple where applicable. Deleting your Baibai account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

The current codebase includes a purchase and entitlement architecture, including product catalog, restore flows, local purchase records, and Supabase entitlement sync. Production builds must use a properly configured store purchase adapter and server-side receipt validation before paid entitlements are granted.

Ads and Rewarded Ads

Baibai may show Google AdMob ads, including rewarded ads for optional app benefits such as tarot draws, fortune-stick draws, blessing actions, or check-in make-up flows. Rewards are granted only when the app confirms completion of the rewarded ad. If an ad is unavailable, fails, is cancelled, or closes without a reward, the related reward or unlock may not be granted. Interstitial ad configuration may also be present for future or reserved placements.

User Content and Share Cards

You may enter profile information, wishes, favorites, and other app activity. You are responsible for content you choose to enter or share. Baibai can generate share-card images locally and open the device share sheet. Do not share content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or violates another person's rights.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not use Baibai unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms others.
• Do not rely on Baibai as professional advice or as a substitute for professional help.
• Do not attempt to abuse, automate, or manipulate ads, rewards, purchases, check-ins, accounts, or backend services.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the app, website, Supabase backend, payment systems, or advertising systems.
• Do not submit or share content that infringes rights, contains unlawful material, or violates platform rules.

Intellectual Property

Baibai, including its app design, text, artwork, rituals, layouts, code, branding, and other materials, is owned by Baibai or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may use Baibai only as allowed by these Terms and the app stores where it is distributed. You keep any rights you have in content you create or choose to share, but you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the app features you use.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion removes account data and related app records unless retention is legally required or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment, tax, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or compliance. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, platform rules, security needs, or misuse of the service.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Baibai at any time. Features may depend on network availability, Supabase, Apple, Google, app store services, device capabilities, ad availability, purchase configuration, or regional requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Baibai is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will meet your needs, produce any real-world result, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baibai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on entertainment or self-reflection content in the app.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version was posted. Continuing to use Baibai after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to baibai.support@gmail.com.
