Delete your Baibai account

Baibai supports in-app account deletion for signed-in users.
Delete inside the app
Open Baibai and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. After successful deletion, you will be signed out.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your account data and related app records, such as profile information, wishes, favorites, blessing records, tarot-style reflection records, fortune-stick records, daily check-in progress, and related app entitlements, unless retention is legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons.
If you cannot access the app
Contact baibai.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, if possible. We may need information to verify that the request belongs to you.
