Purchases and subscriptions

For iOS purchases, subscriptions, refund requests, or billing questions, Apple may need to handle the payment issue directly. We can help you find the right path.

Restore purchases

If a paid entitlement does not appear, open the app and use Restore Purchases where available. Include your device model and app version if you contact support.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Contact support if you cannot access the app.

Bug reports

Send what happened, screenshots if safe to share, your device, iOS version, and the approximate time of the issue.
